Build is an ongoing program with no fixed end date. We work with you until you reach product-market fit and ongoing sales. For most teams that’s around two years. We provide regular coaching sessions, hands-on workshops on growth and fundraising. You also get direct access to investors and partners on Gotland and nationally.

Build is for startups that have moved beyond the initial idea stage and are ready to test, sell and grow. The program consists of two distinct phases – problem-solution fit and product-market fit. Problem-solution fit relates to validating your solution with a first customer and securing a first sale or pilot commitment. Product-Market fit relates to building structure and the ability to create repeatable sales and a path to profitable growth.

As an alumni of the incubator, teams will continue to be invited to community events, participate in investor gatherings as well as get support and exposure to accelerators and other programs in the rest of the Swedish innovation ecosystem. We support teams with advice and tips on their journey to expand internationally, supported by a network that reaches beyond Gotland.
