Companies on Gotland. Startups and established firms, from sole traders to limited companies, mainly SMEs. You don’t need a tech background. You need a business challenge worth solving and a willingness to explore what’s possible. Public organisations have a separate track

AI Island is a coaching program with rolling intake. No application rounds. We qualify company by company, often after a breakfast or an event. You get a dedicated AI coach and an on-site mapping meeting in your operation (as long as it needs to be). Then 5–8 sessions over about 3–4 months, built into your day-to-day work.

An on-site mapping meeting. A plan with 2–3 use cases. The sessions, and a pilot you can run in the business, not a finished product. Lab and network access afterwards. Free for companies on Gotland. Someone from leadership takes part.
